At MBZ Moto, we work hard to get your parts and upgrades shipped quickly and securely.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 48 hours (2 business days) of purchase.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS.

  • Orders ship within 48 hours

  • Tracking information will be emailed once the package is dispatched

Please allow at least 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for USPS to perform the initial entry scan. It is normal for tracking to show “Label Created” during this time.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and USPS transit speeds.

We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been accepted by USPS.  We do our best to ensure timely delivery.


International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited.

This service includes:

  • Expedited international delivery

  • Door-to-door tracking

  • Partial prepaid customs processing

Import Duties, Taxes & Fees

International customers may be responsible for import duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or other customs charges imposed by their local government.

While UPS Worldwide Expedited includes some prepaid import processing fees, additional taxes or charges may still be required depending on your country’s customs regulations.

These charges are:

  • Determined by your local customs authority

  • Not controlled by us

  • The responsibility of the customer

Failure to pay customs fees may result in delays or the package being returned.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Packages delayed due to address errors

  • Additional fees required for address corrections

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement after several days, please contact us and we will assist you.  All orders are insured so we will quickly reship or refund your order in the event of packages being lost by the carrier.

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier (USPS or UPS), delivery timelines are outside of our control.
