We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
If 30 days have passed since delivery, please email us for a resolution.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

Ship the item back to us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
All orders are insured against damage in transit. Simply email us photos of the damaged packaging and we will reship or refund your order immediately.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
