Everything you need to hardwire an LED headlight bar and tail light on your Tuttio.  Can also be configured for use with other 12V accessories.

Headlight connector is compatible with all surron light bee headlights for cross-compatibility.  

Integrated 3A DC/DC converter.  Provides 12V power for other accessories including underglow, tail light, USB, and horn.  Compatible with stock 48V, 60V and 72V after market batteries.

Easy installation with included mounting hardware.

Headlight Kit Contents:

  • 60W LED light bar
  • 12V 3A DC Converter
  • Handlebar switch (upgraded version)
  • Head tube pass-through cable
  • Mounting hardware

Tail-light Kit Additional Contents:

  • 12V tail-light
  • Tail-light mounting bracket
  • Plug & Play wire adapter/splitter

Installation:

  1. Connect DC converter to controller + and - terminal
  2. Guide pass-through cable down head tube (click white connector securely into place)
  3. Connect switch and headlight
  4. Mount tail-light bracket under stock rear fender (extra screw included if your rear fender is missing)
  5. Connect tail-light wire adapter between switch and headlight.

Works on stock and aftermarket tuttio batteries.  Including surron battery Tuttios.

Choosing the Right Kit Option:

  • If you only want the headlight kit and DC converter, select "Headlight Kit Only"
  • If you want the headlight and tail-light kit together with DC converter, select "Headlight and Tail-Light Kit"

Estimated Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  Orders are typically processed shipped within 1-2 business days but large or custom orders may require up to 7 business days to be shipped.  Customers receive an email containing tracking numbers when their order has been dispatched.  

USPS Priority Mail is typically delivered within 3-5 business days but delays can happen.  If USPS cannot deliver your order within 14 business days after shipment, we will reship or refund your order.  

Return Policy

All orders are eligible for return and refund at our discretion.  In order to open a return, please email MBZindustriesLLC@gmail.com to describe your reason for return request.  Refunds will not be issued until the return is received and evaluated by us.  Partial refunds may be issued based on customer damage to the returned item.  Most returns are issued a full refund.  

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.  We do not provide shipping labels or credit for return shipping costs.  The customer is also responsible for reasonably packaging return items.  If unsure about shipping, please email us for guidance.
