Do you drop ship?

No. A common misconception on our business. We actually DO NOT drop ship. All products are kept at our warehouse and shipped directly from the United States.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped from Illinois using United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive in 3-5 business days.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer free shipping on orders above $50. For all orders under $50, we offer a flat shipping rate of $4.99.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

We guarantee lost orders will be reshipped or refunded.

Products & Compatibility

How do I know if this part is compatible with my eBike model?

All product description and/or product picture should include the compatibility of the product. If you're unsure, contact us with your bike's make/model and we'll give you a definitive answer.

Do you offer installation instructions or guides?

Some products that are not as straightforward will come with a guide directly with the mail. We also have installation videos on some products that can be found in product description. If you encounter any issues during installation on any of our products, send us an email and we would be happy to guide you through it!

Can I get help choosing the right part?

Returns

What is your return policy?

All orders are eligible for return and a full refund within 14 days of receiving your product. Contact us at mbzindustriesllc@gmail.com with your return request.

Can I return a used or installed part?

We only accept returns if the product remains undamaged. If you have installed the product but the product remains in perfect condition, email us and send us a picture! We will work with you to the best of our abilities.

How do I return an item?

Buyers are responsible for return shipping.
