Usage:
Simply connect inverter with battery, then turn inverter on using power button. Plug in 110V accessories and monitor battery charge. Recommended to keep the BMS on while in use. Do not over-discharge.
Do not use power strips or outlet splitters with this device. Customer is responsible for safe use of this product. Working with electricity presents inherent risks. The customer assumes all responsibility for correct usage of the product.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Orders are typically processed shipped within 1-2 business days but large or custom orders may require up to 7 business days to be shipped. Customers receive an email containing tracking numbers when their order has been dispatched.
USPS Priority Mail is typically delivered within 3-5 business days but delays can happen. If USPS cannot deliver your order within 14 business days after shipment, we will reship or refund your order.

All orders are eligible for return and refund at our discretion. In order to open a return, please email MBZindustriesLLC@gmail.com to describe your reason for return request. Refunds will not be issued until the return is received and evaluated by us. Partial refunds may be issued based on customer damage to the returned item. Most returns are issued a full refund.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not provide shipping labels or credit for return shipping costs. The customer is also responsible for reasonably packaging return items. If unsure about shipping, please email us for guidance.
